4. Billing. One-time purchases are charged once for the total shown at checkout. Subscribe & Save (optional): 20% off every shipment; you are charged the Subscribe & Save price today and the same amount every 30, 60 or 90 days (as you choose) until you cancel; we email a reminder 3 days before each renewal; cancel anytime with no fee as described in our Cancellation Policy. Charges appear as DAILYHEA*T7864617550. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Shipping, refunds, cancellation. Our Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policies are part of these Terms.
6. Product use. Our dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use as directed and consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition. Results vary.
7. Disputes. Please contact us first. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Sheridan County, Wyoming or, at your choice, by phone or video. You may use small-claims court instead. No class actions.
8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
9. Changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
